Being involved in campus ministry has changed my life. I was an active member of the Student Catholic Community.
During my school years the campus ministry was my second home. From my first week of university to the last, campus ministry was a place of laughter, friendship, refugee, and inspiration. I loved the vibrant mass, the movie nights and the social justice initiatives.
SCC encouraged me to grow in faith, in leadership, in relationship with my community, and in justice awareness. I had the opportunity to co-chair SCC for two years and to chair a regional CCSA Conference. These experiences, coupled with prayer and guidance from the wonderful chaplains, helped point me once again towards a vocation of ministry.
I am currently the Assistant Director of Faith Connections, a young adult ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph which seeks to support young people on their spiritual journey.
