 Thursday October 25^th – Location: King’sUniversity College

•         6:00pm – 7:00pm Registration
•         7:30pm – Official Welcome  Introduction by CCSA Executive
  • Ice Breakers
•          8:30pm – Opening Mass with Bishop McGrattan (Bessie Labatt Hall)
  • After Mass instructions for the next morning
•         9:30pm – Social and Logistics

Friday October26^th – Location:  Brescia University College                                                            

•          8:45am –Morning Mass at Brescia – Brescia Chapel, Ursuline Hall
•         9:15am – Breakfast at Brescia

      Workshops + key note address to occur at Brescia University College

•         10:30am – Key Note by Bishop McGrattan (Auditorium)
  •  45min – 1 hour talk, half hour for questions from students
•        12:00pm – Lunch
•         1:00pm  - Workshop # 1 (choose 1 of 4)
  •  1. Witnessing to the Gospel on Secular Campuses and Multi Faith Environment
  •  2. Christian Witness and Spirituality
  • 3. Catholic Social Teaching and Witness
  • 4. Scripture and Witness
•         2:00pm – Break change to next work shop
•        2:30pm  – Workshop #2 (choose 1 of 4 again)
  • 1. Witnessing to the Gospel on Secular Campuses and Multi Faith Environment
  • 2. Christian Witness and Spirituality
  • 3. Catholic Social Teaching and Witness
  • 4. Scripture and Witness
•    3:30pm – Optional Activities at Brescia University College     
  •  A bus will be available to return to King’s at 3:30pm, and again at 5:30pm. Entire group meets up again at 6pm for dinner

                                                  Student Free time – 3:30 to 6:00pm

•        6:00pm – Dinner
•        7:30pm – King’s Chapel – Procession of Light  
•        8:00pm – Adoration Service
•        9:00pm – Social

 Saturday October 27^th – Location: King’s University College

•      8:30am – Mass  
•      9:00am – Breakfast
•      10:00am – Depart for Service Component       
  •  Lunch on site (packed lunches provided)  Depart at 2:30pm for Kings

Student Free time – until 5:00pm dinner.

•      5:00pm – Dinner
•      6:00pm – 7:30pm – Unity Panel
•      7:30pm – AGM
•      9:00pm – Taize Worship
•      Social after Taize

Sunday October 28^th Location: King’s University College

•  8:30am – Breakfast at King’s
• 10:30am – Final Mass – The Chapel at Revera’s Windermere on the Mount
• 12:00pm – Packed lunch provided
